AI AGENT SYSTEM
PROJECT BRIEF / Self-initiated: AI, Design, and Writing
· Since 2026
What if your tools got to know you?
BRIDGE is a town of AI collaborators I’m building on myself. Ten agents, on models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, each have a job, a desk, and a place in a painted Amsterdam. They sort my mail, read for me, write a paper every morning, and take on big jobs as a team.
The interesting part is how they earn my trust. Each one keeps a written record of what it believes about me, guesses what I’ll need next, and gets more freedom one kind of task at a time as its record grows. Everything they do in town is caused by something real, so you can watch them work and ask any of them why.
It started in 2019 as a 200-page blueprint that sat in a drawer until the AI to run it existed.
The full story, how it works, and the live town.
How it works:
-
In the on-boarding stage, the platform gathers data from each user group to determine information about their goals, needs, assets, and capabilities.
-
Using the principles of generative design, the platform identifies the best arrangements of individuals, organisations, and approaches to address a given problem.
-
Near-optimisation can be achieved for both individuals and groups, as the system is fed torrents of data on what works and what doesn’t for each user.
